Returns
If a return is required for damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns should not be sent without first contacting us.
Proof of purchase may be required to process your return.
Where an item is confirmed to have a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return costs will be handled in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund, we will notify you once your return has been received and assessed.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, noting that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
